  1. Mediator try to work out a loan mod.
  2. Potentially negotiate a "deed in lieu of foreclosure"
  3. No deficiency judgments.
  4. Potential to stay on as a renter.

Hopefully this will also address short sales as they are a very effective avenue to battle foreclosures in Shorewood, IL.
